We spend a lot of time here at innocent coming up with new recipes for drinks that taste
good and do you good. We don't mean to brag, but we reckon we're getting quite good at it, and so we've put together a book containing
57½ of our favourite recipes.
Buy the book from Amazon
It just wouldn't be sensible to show you all of the recipes in our book, but here's a sneaky little peek between the pages.
It's divided up into sections about different types of drinks - everything from everyday smoothies and thickies to posh drinks for special occasions and recipes invented especially for kids.
If you buy the book you'll get another 53½ recipes, as well as some other exciting bits and pieces, but in the meantime, why not try making one or two of these at home?
Happy juicing.

| Smoothies are what we make the most of here at innocent, so it makes sense that there are lots of them in our book. By our reckoning they account for roughly 26.08695652% of the recipes, but don't take our word for it because maths isn't really our speciality. Unlike making smoothies. | Thickies are for those occasions when you want something slightly, well, thicker than a smoothie. Packed with fruit, like smoothies, but containing probiotic yoghurt or soya milk to impart greater substance, we think thickies are pretty aptly named, and darn tasty besides. | Although all of our drinks are pretty special, some of them have a little certain something extra about them. You might not want to drink them every day, but they'd be perfect if you wanted to impress someone, or perhaps reward yourself after a particularly trying day at the sales. These are our posh drinks, for when only the very finest will do. And here's our recipe for a strawberry, meringue and crème fraîche smoothie so posh that it doesn't carry cash. | We were all kids once, and although we remember that summer afternoons were at least four times as long, and that getting grit stuck in your knees really stung, we don't remember eating much fruit and veg voluntarily. Kids just don't seem that keen on it – that is, until you smush it all up and put it in a glass. We've thought up some cunning ways to make fresh fruit more attractive, one of which you can see over there (click on the picture to make it bigger). |

As we were writing the recipes for this book we realised that there were a couple of other things we wanted to talk about. It's not every day that you get to put a book in the shops, so we thought long and hard and wrote down some other stuff, some of it related to drinks and some not. Here is an extract about getting that pesky juicer clean* (click the picture to enlarge it).
