5-a-day please

It's recommended that everyone should be eating at least 5 portions of fruit and veg a day. This is because scientific research has shown that eating lots of fruit and veg can help protect against the risk of some cancers and heart disease as well keeping you healthy and in general good nick.

Just so you know though, a portion of fruit translates to 80g of fruit or 150ml of fruit juice.

So, a 250ml serving of any of our smoothies therefore contains at least 2 portions of fruit (one from the whole crushed fruit, the second from the juice). Marvellous.
