Marketing support
This year we've invested more in marketing than ever before - over £7m. Here's where some of the money is going:
TV advertising
Our ads explain that our smoothies are made from lots and lots of fruit and absolutely nothing else. Our campaigns are seen by more than 35m people all over the country. They'll be back on your screen soon.
Press advertising
We advertise in a broad range of publications from The Sunday Times to the BBC's Good Food Magazine.
National Sampling Roadshow
Throughout the year we take our Dancing Grass Vans all over the UK distributing samples to over 1/4 million people. If you'd like a visit next time we're in your area then do let us know.
The innocent village fete
Every year we put on a the innocent village fete in London's Regents Park. In 2008 50,000 people came down and picnicked with us.
All of this means that more and more people want to get their hands on our drinks. What a good time to be selling innocent.

FAQs
What is a smoothie?
People have lots of different opinions about what a smoothie actually is. Some are thick, some are thin, some contain milk, others ice cream. But our smoothies are just loads of whole crushed fruit, whizzed up in a blender and that's it. No water, no sugar, no preservatives, no nothing. But fruit.
How much are your drinks?
You won't be buying our drinks directly from us. You'll be buying them from your local wholesaler. The best thing to do is to get in touch with your chosen wholesaler, and can then talk you through prices and let you know when they come past your shop.
How much do I sell them for?
We usually recommend a £2 price point for our smoothies- at the end of the day though, it's up to you to pick a price that will keep both your customers and profit margins nice and healthy.
I'm worried that my customers might think they're a bit expensive
Our smoothies are made from 100% whole crushed fruit with absolutely no added stuff whatsoever. We could make them cheaper but then they wouldn't be as tasty or healthy because we'd have to use concentrates and other nasty stuff.
The fact that innocent is the fastest-growing drinks company in the UK shows that more and more people understand that if you pay a little bit more you get something a whole lot better.
The fact that innocent is the that more and more people understand that if you pay a little bit more, you get something a whole lot better.
How long is the shelf life?
Our smoothies are made from 100% whole crushed fruit and don't have any preservatives in them. We guarantee 7 days of freshness if they're kept properly refrigerated, but there are times where you could get up to 15 days. The same applies with our thickies. Our kids' smoothie have that little bit longer. Again, your local wholesaler will be able to help you out there.
Do they have to be refrigerated?
As our drinks have no preservatives in them, you'll need to keep them nice and cold. They taste much better served nice and chilled. Our smoothies, thickies and orange juice therefore need to be kept refrigerated all the time.
What is the minimum order size?
That's a question you'll have to ask your wholesaler. It depends on all sorts of things, but we're sure we can work something out to suit you.
Will I get a lot of wastage?
Not at all. But if you're worried, stick to a small order of our most popular recipes to start with, like mangoes and passion fruits or strawberries and bananas.
What are concentrates?
We thought you might ask that one. When a drink is made using concentrates it means that the fruit used is boiled down to a syrupy consistency in the country that it's grown and then transported in big barrels to the UK where water is added to dilute it again before it hits the shops.
How can I order smoothies for a one-off event?
Easy. Simply speak to your lovely wholesaler who will be able to help you.
Will I ever win the lottery?
Probably not. But keep trying.
